Trampoline Park Injuries -- Know Your Rights

November 20, 2019

Trampoline parks have been gaining popularity all across the United States. These places of recreation seem like harmless fun, but hundreds, if not thousands of people, have been injured at these facilities.  Often times, the parks are poorly designed, inadequately staffed and contain hidden defects that have resulted in serious injuries -- torn ligaments/tendons, broken bones and even permanent paralysis.  The trampoline parks require that you sign a “waiver of liability” before using the facility, but these waivers, in many cases, have been deemed null and void, particularly as such waivers relate to minors (anyone under the age of 18).

If you or your minor child have been injured in a trampoline park accident, you should contact Andris Law.  Even if you signed a “waiver of liability,” you may still have a right to be compensated for your injury.  It is important that you talk to an attorney to determine what rights you may have.

Brian M. Andris, Esquire is an experienced litigation attorney with more than ten years of personal injury litigation experience. If you’ve been injured in a trampoline park accident, call Mr. Andris now at 610-585-1256.
